2. About Journeys by Janell
Journeys by Janell, LLC is independently owned and operated and is an independent affiliate of KHM Travel Group.
Journeys by Janell provides professional travel-planning and travel-advisory services, including assistance with all-inclusive resorts, cruises, Hawaii vacations, and other travel arrangements.
3. Website Information
The information on this website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. Although reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate and current, travel pricing, availability, schedules, amenities, policies, entry requirements, and supplier terms may change at any time without notice.
Nothing displayed on this website constitutes a guaranteed price, confirmed reservation, or binding offer.
4. Inquiries and Consultations
Submitting a travel inquiry, scheduling a consultation, sending an email, or completing another website form does not create a confirmed booking or guarantee availability.
A reservation is not confirmed until the applicable supplier accepts the booking and all required deposits, authorizations, and documentation have been completed.
5. Role as a Travel Advisor
Journeys by Janell acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, resorts, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and excursion companies.
Journeys by Janell does not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, schedule changes, service delivery, policies, or operational decisions.
All travel arrangements remain subject to the applicable supplier’s terms and conditions.
6. Pricing and Availability
Travel prices and availability may change until a reservation is confirmed and the required deposit or full payment has been processed by the applicable supplier.
Images, descriptions, promotions, itineraries, and amenities shown on this website are illustrative and may be changed by the supplier without notice.
Journeys by Janell does not guarantee that a price, promotion, room category, cabin, flight, itinerary, or other travel component will remain available.
7. Planning and Service Fees
A nonrefundable professional planning or service fee may apply to certain travel requests. Any applicable fee will be disclosed and agreed to before fee-based work begins.
Separate planning and service fees will not be charged where prohibited by applicable law or KHM Travel Group policy, including to clients residing in California, Florida, or Washington.
Travel deposits and supplier payments are governed by the applicable supplier’s payment terms and approved payment procedures.
8. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for reviewing all proposals, confirmations, invoices, itineraries, names, dates, and travel documents for accuracy.
Travelers are also responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required passports, visas, identification, health documentation, and entry authorizations. Government and supplier requirements may change at any time.
Additional client responsibilities and booking conditions will be provided during the planning and reservation process.
9. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance coverage, exclusions, eligibility, and claims decisions are determined by the insurance provider.
Information provided by Journeys by Janell regarding insurance is general information and is not a guarantee of coverage or payment of a claim.
10. External Websites and Supplier Links
This website may contain links to Tern, social-media platforms, travel suppliers, scheduling services, payment processors, or other third-party websites.
Journeys by Janell does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, availability, security, or policies. Accessing an outside website is at the visitor’s discretion and subject to that website’s terms.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, branding, graphics, travel guides, written materials, and original content created by Journeys by Janell are owned by Journeys by Janell, LLC.

Supplier names, photographs, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Email and Marketing Communications

Hawaii Seller of Travel Registration Number: TAR 7231.
Washington Seller of Travel Registration Number: UBI #602775122.
California officially requires sellers of travel to display their registration number in advertising and specifies that registration does not constitute state approval.
